Duties and Responsibilities

  • MARS Solutions Limited,a BACCO member and one of the SEIP-BACCO Training Providers is found in 2006.The company is now serving from over 5,500 sft.set up located in one of the prime location of Dhaka city with current Manpower strength of more than 175employees.
  • Since our teams are purposefully-built from the ground up through a rigorous talent-acquisition process.we have ability to achieve a very high level of success for our customers.
  • MARS Solution Limited is providing Skill Development Training for free under SEIP project Which is jointly funded by Bangladesh Government and Asian Development Bank.
  • Job Responsibilities
  • The training will be a part of your skill improvement and career development process.
  • Duration of the training will be 2.5 months(Total -220 hours-weekly 5 days)
  • Attractive and value adding professional business communication course in English provided by internationally reputed training provider.
  • Certificate will be provided to successful trainees which will add value to participants career profile.
  • Trainees attending 90 class will be paid conveyance allowance of Taka 100 day through trainees mobile banking account.
  • Light snacks will be provided during training.
  • After successful completion of the training we will facilitate job placement for deserving candidates.
  • Special advantages will be provided for people with disabilities,members of ethnic minority,and socially and economically disadvantaged people.In case of physically challenged people,we will take measure and ensure their accessibility by relaxing educational qualification (if needed).

Work Requirements

  • Age 22 to 40 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Basic Computer Literacy, Ability to speak in Bengali with proper pronunciation and basic understanding in English.
  • Business Communication English Language Course also includes to this program
  • Assessment of the trainees will be held by industry assessors under authority of Bangladesh Association for Call Center and Outsourcing (BACCO)
  • Successful trainees will be asked for job placement in call center service sectors as per opportunity competency.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Minimum Bachelor degree or 4 years Diploma in any field (Public and Private University/ Polytechnic Institute are encouraged to apply).
