Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls with greetings in a professional way
  • Assist admin team members or other dept. members for related works

Work Requirements

  • The applicants should have experience in the following areas Customer Care Cum Accounts
  • Applicants MUST have at least 01 year experience in the same position/field
  • Able to operate PABX machine thoroughly
  • Able to provide information, forward calls, couriers, take messages and transfer information to appropriate person
  • Should have excellent interpersonal/ communication skills with excellent command in English
  • Able to communicate in English with Foreigners visiting the office, or speaking over telephone
  • Must be well conversant in phone cash-V-.
  • Must have smart attitude and be well presentable
  • Energetic Dedicated about work
  • Excellent communication skills and speaking ability with proper English and Bangla pronunciation
  • Computer knowledge Email, MS Office. (Fluently Bangla English typer).

Educational Requirements

  • Minimum graduation from any reputed Institute.
