Duties and Responsibilities

  • A savvy digital marketer who takes a data-driven approach to communicating with audiences on a one-to-one level
  • Build our digital marketing roadmap
  • Capable and understand how to Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure own/clients brand consistency
  • Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget
  • Develop and guide a team of digital marketers to execute campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
  • Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment
  • Liaise with Design and Sales team and company directors to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies
  • Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals
  • Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments

Work Requirements

  • 5-7 years of marketing experience, ideally in a strategic or creative agency for fast moving start-up environment
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, computer science or related field
  • Highly familiar with Googles SEM and facebook business platforms.
  • Certifications Google AdWords
  • Familiar with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, facebook insights)
  • Established background working and communicating directly with clients demonstrated professionalism and ability to uphold confidentiality
  • Past history of leading digital marketing campaigns for high-profile clients in the local, MNC or startup space
  • Expert, native user of all social media and streaming platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and linkedIn.
  • Able to read and react to trends in the social media, online and branding space
  • Basic content editing skills required (image, video Photoshop, InDesign, FinalCut or similar)
  • Basic HTML knowledge
  • Quick learner who is able and excited to jump into and master new platforms, apps and services
  • Able to read analytics and deliver insights as well as develop plans and content in reaction to what the data observed is telling us
  • Strong presentation skills (both written and spoken), creativity and adaptability
  • Interest excitement in a broad array of innovation and technology
  • Collaborative worker who can juggle multiple tasks/deadlines and work well on assignments solo and within a group
