Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform and ensure core HR activities and practices and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment and selection procedure.
  • Ensure timely selection placement.
  • Responsible for day to day operation and overall management of the HR Admin. Department.
  • Develop strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per managements directives to meet the needs of the growing organization
  • Facilitation and co-ordination of the performance review and employee development programs.
  • Prepare the training content and material,
  • Conduct the orientation and training program
  • Follow up the new employee up to the formalship.
  • Review, update and maintain personnel files and other HR documents in an efficient, timely, orderly and confidential manner.
  • Coordinate with the different departments in relation to HR activities
  • Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.

Work Requirements

  • Age 24 to 28 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • The candidate have to be smart, self motivated.
  • Have to have the mentality to work under pressure.
  • Have to be a team player.
  • Deadline oriented.
  • Good inter-personal communication skills
  • A very solid working ability in MS Office is essential.
  • Strong analytical ability and a high degree of maturity and intelligence
  • Strong knowledge on Labour law 2006 Labour Rules 2015

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
  • MBA from any reputed private University.
  • PGDHRM will given preference.
  • Any training on HRM, Labour Law, Fire safety and security etc. will be added advantage.
  • Preferred Professional Certification PGDHRM
  • Training/Trade Course Labour Law
