Duties and Responsibilities
- Approach International English Speaking Client/ Individuals On A Daily Basis As Per Campaign Requirements ( International Telemarketing).
- Manage/Operate Communication Applications ( CRM / Automated Dialer ) And Calling Data.
- Manage Day To Day Work Report
- Maintain Followup Information And Execute Followup Procedure Time To Time.
- Prepare Monthly Report And Submit To Assigned Superior Personal / Manager / Departmental Head.
- Participate In All Kind Of Skill Development Training And Continuous Learning Process As And When Assigned.
- Maintain Excellent Relationship With Every Prospective Customer And Respond To Critical Customers With WOW Service.
- Understand And Achieve Assigned KPI, KRA, SLA, SPH, TAT, CSAT.
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Extra preference will be given to the candidates with O Level, A Level Or studied abroad in country where English is the first language.
