Duties and Responsibilities
- Development and Implementation of marketing planning both short and long term.
- Follow up new business opportunities.
- Collecting data to conduct research and product development and distribution.
- Prepare business proposal and Project report (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Determine market size, market share industry growth of different brands.
- Forecasting future trends for business improvement.
- Analyze channel performance and determine regional strategy.
- Responsible for product branding, positioning overall marketing strategies.
- Arranging different program and other events to increase market demand.
- Convincing customer and fulfill customers need.
- Conduct market survey and data collection for new product design.
- Communicating with business clients regularly.
- Follow up daily, weekly and monthly Sales Report.
- Training and development planning for sales team.
- To perform any other assignment as assigned by the concern authority time to time.
- Age 25 to 30 year(s)
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral written.
- Must be a team player with good leadership skill.
- Should have positive attitude to take challenges and deadlines.
- Proficient user of MS office package (especially in MS Excel).
- Willingness to tour inside outside Dhaka frequently.
- Experience in respective area is highly preferable.
- Must have an MBA major in Marketing
